Your income is sent to your PayPal account* on a monthly basis, the simplest and safest way to move money around the world. When your money arrives at PayPal you will receive an email notification, you can then transfer the money to your bank account.

You, the Author receive the lion's share of sale proceeds from your eBook. The only fees deducted are a PayPal processing fee of 2.9% of the sale price plus 30 cents transaction fee. After PayPal's fee is taken out ZuluExpress takes a meager 15% commission.

Please read this before you commit to publishing. We have kept it as brief and uncomplicated as possible, but any agreement is only as effective as the good intentions of both parties. In this agreement YOU are the AUTHOR, and WE are zuluexpress.com

1. EITHER PARTY may terminate this agreement at any time by notifying the other party by email and removal of the listing from the zuluexpress.com library.

2. WE DO NOT OWN any rights to your book, at all times you are free to remove it from zuluexpress.com. If you sign an exclusive contract with a publisher of any type, it is your responsibility to remove your book from zuluexpress.com.

3.WE WILL MAKE YOUR BOOK AVAILABLE for purchase on our web site in ePub format.

4. WE will process orders and collect proceeds of the sale of your book, and forward the net monthly balance (sale price less credit card processor costs (see later) and our fee, to your nominated bank account within 14 working days of the end of each month in which we receive the cleared proceeds.

5. WE confirm there are no set up fees and no ongoing costs other than those in 4 above.

6. WE agree that YOU can market and sell your book in any format and with any other electronic service or publisher, providing it is not available at a price less than that you nominate on zuluexpress.com.

7. WE require that YOU notify us AND remove your book from our site if you sign any exclusive arrangements. WE accept no responsibility to other publishers if YOU fail to do so.

8. YOU confirm that your book is free from any content that can be considered illegal, libelous, plagiarised, (copied from other writers,) or any content that may result in legal dispute. If any claim does arise, you agree to remove your work from zuluexpress.com until all parties are satisfied. YOU confirm that you accept full responsibility and that WE accept no responsibility to third parties for any such content in your book.

9. YOU confirm that you are the sole author, owner, and copyright holder of the submitted book, and that you are legally entitled to enter into this agreement. This does NOT apply to any books you submit which are available in the public domain and are out of copyright.

10. If YOU add Public Domain books to zuluexpress.com, you confirm that it is out of copyright and that you accept full responsibilty any future claims in that regard.

11. YOU agree that you are responsible to keep us informed at all times of your current email address and your current PayPal details (for deposit of sale proceeds).

12. YOU AGREE TO PROMOTE YOUR BOOK and its availability on zuluexpress.com by all means possible, such as facebook, myspace, youtube, twitter, etc, any other such sites that become available, and reputable chat rooms.

13. YOU agree that in the event of fewer than 12 completed sales in any 12 month period, WE are entitled to remove your book from zuluexpress.com.

14. WE AGREE TO PROMOTE ZULUEXPRESS.COM THROUGHOUT THE WORLD by all means at our disposal, including print, radio, television and electronic media.
